DEFINITIONS
Seller refers to HomeVienne and the owner or operator of the HomeVienne website.

PAYMENT
Payment is due when the order is completed.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping charges are paid by the Buyer in the amount calculated at checkout.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
The Buyer must contact HomeVienne by email or through the customer account page before returning any product.

CANCELLATION
An order may be canceled before payment has been processed and before order preparation begins.
Once payment has been processed or order preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
